Bedford Cadets Climbing To The Top

Twenty Air Cadets recently had two enjoyable evenings on the indoor climbing wall at the Bedford branch of Go Outdoors.

The cadets from 134 (Bedford) Squadron each had several opportunities to pick one of the four different climbing routes to the top under the ever watchful eyes of the stores trained staff Liam Taylor and Jake Sylvester.

Whilst waiting for their turns the cadets took opportunities to view the range of camping and outdoor equipment on offer in the store.

Mr Vladek Cirin Civilian Instructor said of the cadets "All the cadets thoroughly enjoyed the experience and probably found many muscles they have previously forgotten about!"

Cdt Harry Beddoe 16 years, said "Although exhausting, it was great fun to be allowed to climb the wall, thank you to the store for giving us this exciting opportunity."
