For the second year in a row, the front cover of the national Air Cadet Organisation Annual Report features a photograph taken by the same cadet from 134 (Bedford) Squadron.
Former Cadet Warrant Officer Steven Croft, who already had the prestigious honour of having one of his photos chosen to be used on last years ACO Annual Report was stunned when his ex-squadron contacted him to give him the news that another photo he had taken was being used on this years Annual Report. Steven left the squadron recently after reaching the upper age limit for the corps

This years photograph was taken by Steven during a visit to the Army Air Corps at Middle Wallop in May 2005. It has already been seen nationally as it was used as the photograph for February in the 2006 Air Cadet Calendar carrying the caption "reaching for the sky"
The photo shows Cadet Rebecca Ward complete with flying helmet looking skyward, with the rotor blades of a Army Air Corps Gazelle Helicopter reflected in the visor.
The ACO Annual Report will now be widely distributed including to all Members of Parliament and heads of UK industry.
Chris Wiggins, the Squadrons Media Communications Officer said. "To have a single photo used in such a prominent place is an incredible honour for Steven, but to have another photo chosen the next year is completely unprecedented. I am extremely proud of what Steven had managed to achieve.
