Stars Earn Their Stripes

134 (Bedford) Squadron is pleased to announce two promotions within its ranks. On Sunday 23rd April 2006, after a successful wing athletics competition, Corporal Michael Every (16yrs) and Corporal Alex Scully (17yrs) both progressed to the next rank of Sergeant.

This follows a 2 month assessment of the Corporals.

Sergeant Alex Scully was the Squadron Cadet of the year 2004. He has recently passed his staff cadet exam. Sergeant Michael Every was presented with a Commanding Officer’s Commendation in the year 2005 and has also recently passed his staff cadet exam.

Flt Lt Mark Robinson commented that “both sergeants have worked extremely hard above and beyond what is called for. I am very proud of their achievements to date and I have great expectations for the future.
