Net Trilogy

Cadet Gilbert, Cadet Soroko and Cadet Cook travelled to Brampton on the 8th of January with the team manager FS Russell to take part in both the junior girls netball tournament and to trial for the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Wing team. 

Together with 460 (Dunstable) Squadron, they were formed into a single team. Without any time to practice, they fought courageously and were pleased to walk away with three wins.

The day finished with Cadet Gilbert and Cadet Cook trialling for the wing team, after a tiring 30 minutes of non stop netball both Cadet Gilbert made the team as goal shooter, while Cadet Cook was picked as wing defence. They will be representing Beds and Cambs Wing on the 29th January.

Cadet Ward who went to support the team said "Well done to all the girls, it was good to see the amount of effort put in."
