It is therefore highly unusual for a cadet to be given the opportunity to experience an operational flight in a helicopter. But for one lucky cadet from 134 (Bedford) Squadron, this was the order of the day when he was fortunate enough to fly with 32 (The Royal) Squadron in an Augusta 109 helicopter.
